Meredith Kitson is a professionally trained Somatic Psychotherapist, with a Master's Degree in Applied Science, majoring in Psychological Practices. She has qualifications in Integrative Bodywork (including Anatomy and Physiology), Myofascial Release, Craniosacral and Polarity Therapy.

Meredith's work focuses on the development of a trusting and open client/practitioner relationship. Together with you, she facilitates the exploration of the underlying causes of your challenges or concerns. Using a combination of discussion and where appropriate, gentle, integrative bodywork, she supports you in the understanding and integration of these experiences.

Meredith's passion is to empower and support people in learning to relieve life's stresses by developing greater somatic awareness and understanding, enabling deeper and more significant relationships with themselves and others.
