Meredith Kitson is a trained Somatic Psychotherapist, with a Master's Degree in Applied Science, majoring in psychological practices. She has qualifications in Integrative bodywork (including anatomy and physiology), Myofascial Release and Craniosacral therapy.

Her work focuses on the development of a trusting and open client/practitioner relationship. Together they explore the underlying causes of the client's distress or confusion. Using a combination of discussion and gentle, nurturing bodywork, Meredith supports her client in the understanding and integration of their emotional stress.

Her passion is to empower and support people in learning to relieve life's stresses by improving relationships with themselves and others.
